Cancellation Submission Request

• Short notice cancellations of any kind must be called into the office so that there is no delay in our ability to correct the issue

• Please ensure that you have reviewed the cancellation policy below before making your request.

• All required fields must be completed or you will not be able to submit your request.

• You may use this form to cancel up to 4 scheduled cleanings.

Cancellation Policy

*Cancellations after 9:00AM the business day prior to your scheduled cleaning will result in a fee imposed of $47.50.
*Cancellations after 4:30PM the business day prior will be considered a day of scheduled cleaning cancellation and will result in a fee imposed of 30%. If we are able to fill this spot with a short notice booking we will charge the 1 hour $47.50 fee.
