How do you access my home?
The most efficient way is for you to give us a key (and entry codes as necessary). 90% of our clients use this method. Keys are coded and secure. Alternate methods of access can be arranged. If the crew cannot access your home you will incur a cancellation fee.
Are you insured and bonded?
Yes. Our company has full liability coverage and all staff are bonded, insured and covered by WCB (Workers Compensation) for your complete protection.
Do I have to do anything to prepare my home for cleaning?
You do not need to do any preparation for your cleaning, but by picking up loose toys, clothes and general clutter you will receive the maximum value from our efforts.
What cleaning products and equipment do you provide?
We provide all cleaning (environmentally/health conscious) supplies with the exception of any unique products required for your home (eg. stainless steel cleaner, special floor products, etc). Any products supplied by clients must be approved by management for our staff's safety and must have W.H.M.I.S documentation and carry a safety rating of 1. There is a $3.50 charge for each use of our vacuum cleaners. Our vacuums are incredible and in many cases save time... but many clients prefer that we use theirs.
What happens ifI need to change a scheduled cleaning service appointment?
We realize that from time to time you may need to skip/re-book a cleaning. Please call the office at 403-283-2500 no later than 9:00 AM the business day prior. This allows us the necessary time to make changes to the schedule so our staff are not affected. Changes after 9:00 AM the business day prior to your scheduled house cleaning service date will result in a short notice cancellation fee. Our regular Maid Service clients also have online access to login and cancel their scheduled house cleaning appointments through our website.
What if my house cleaning falls on a holiday?
Your cleaning service will be rescheduled to an alternate day. You will be notified the week prior with your alternate date. Regular scheduled dates will resume following the holiday.
What if something gets broken or damaged?
We touch virtually every item in your home. Due to this fact, accidents may occur. Should anything be broken or damaged the supervisor will leave a note and report the incident to the office. We will have the item repaired or replaced as appropriate. Please ensure you have done your part in properly securing all art, mirrors, shelving, etc.
What happens if I am not happy with a cleaning?
Service issues are rare. Two quality control supervisors travel the city daily doing spot checks; this helps to ensure our high level of service. Should we ever fail to meet your expectations we ask that you contact our office at 403-283-2500 within 24 hrs. We will return to your home and re-clean any areas of concern. Our goal is your complete satisfaction. We continually look to improve so comments and suggestions are always welcome.
